Director of Legislative Affairs joins OOIDA

Bryce is originally from Mountain Top, Pa. and earned a B.A. in political science and philosophy from Colgate University.

He most recently worked as Director of Government Relations for the National Utility Contractors Association. Prior to that, he was Senior Legislative Assistant for former Congressman Charles Dent as well as other positions having worked his way up from Staff Assistant.

“It’s great to have him on board,” said OOIDA Manager of Government Affairs Mike Matousek. “He brings creativity and writing skills to our DC team, but especially a balance of experience having worked for a trade organization as well as spending several years in the office of a lawmaker.”

OOIDA’s Washington office is staffed by Senior Director of Legislative Affairs Collin Long, Director of Federal Affairs Jay Grimes and Director of Security Operations Doug Morris.  OOIDA’s advocacy efforts are led by Mike Matousek, Manager of Government Affairs.
